Grateful acknowledgements are due to everybody, who stood by my side during the years and helped me with my work. But for my family, relatives and close friends maybe it would still be the cozy little Kakas Csárda that is standing in the shadow of the large blocks of flats.
The success of the restaurant is due tothem and to the professional staff who form a unique, excellent team.
Their professionalism, creativity and commitment yielded ist fruit.
Our chefs participate at every gastronomic competition and professional forum int he past decades and the restaurant was already elected the „Trattoria of the year” moreover it was rewarded with „Védnöki Tábla” (acknowledgement of the Hungarian National Gastronomic Association).
We can declare that Kakas Étterem is one of the few restaurants praised by both Hungarian and foreign quests.
